Matariki Day!

Wow! Room 8 had an amazing day on Friday! We got to have our postponed Matariki Celebration at last. We discussed all the things we had learned about Matariki last term, did some Matariki activities,sung songs, danced and had a yummy feast. A big thank you to Fiona Wilcock who came in and did some beautiful Matariki Art with us. Also a big thank you to all the adults that contributed to make it a special day. Room 8 children really enjoyed taking part in all the activities on offer and they did a fantastic job, Ka Rawe Room 8!
